However, there’s no need to worry—this transition is aimed at improving the service we offer. Your product download credentials will remain active and usable until the regular end of your subscription. After the cancellation, you’ll have the option to re-establish your subscription by purchasing a new one with our new payment provider.
We will provide more details on how to renew your subscription with the new provider in the coming weeks, including clear instructions on how to complete the process. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible.
